WELCOME!















        Entering our second half-century, we have much to be thankful
        for. Life is good, we remain upright and our customers are still
        the best.


        Everything we do is by hand, as it was in 1966. However, we
        do have a shiny new computerized smokehouse. It’s a far cry
        from manually adjusting temperature, smoke and dampers.
        But the result is inarguable – more moist and tender jerky, just
        as it used to be. Perhaps computers are more reliable ... Up

        until the power goes out.

        Whitney has been busy in the kitchen developing new recipes.
        In addition to our low salt and sugar ‘50/50’, try Big Bull BBQ,
        Asian Fusion and Chili Mango. And she’s just getting warmed

        up.

        The newest addition to our family just turned one year old.
        Cooper has a well-developed appreciation of tractors and a
        great smile.
