Gary West's smoked hams are sourced from the Idaho Ranching Cooperative, whose members adhere to strict policies regarding no hormones, steroids or antibiotics. That means all-natural pork for our customers. Gary West hams are trimmed and brined by hand then hung over hickory chips for 12 hours. The result is pure, smoked porcine perfection!

Smoked hams from Gary West are already fully-cooked, so enjoy them, hot or cold, straight from our smokehouse to your dinner table. Our smoked hams make an ideal centerpiece for the busy holiday season. Simply unpack and reheat, for the perfect Thanksgiving or Christmas ham. Gary West smoked hams are available in whole or half sizes, and can include our signature glaze packet (Gary West Sweet Hot Mustard, brown sugar, cloves and honey).
