The Disneyland account eventually ran its course, but Cabela’s remains a lucrative source of mail orders for the company. For years, Gary West has processed and sold a variety of value-added, "artisan" products, including smoked hams, turkey and sausage, many of which are sold in gift baskets along with cheeses, crackers and mustards."
