Q. How do I ship a few gifts to different people? (Address Book)

When you order different items from us, you have the choice of:

• Shipping each item to a different address.
• Choosing a later date for us to ship the item out.
• Gift Message for each item.
• Different shipping method for each item.

Here is an over view of how to do this:

1. After you have added more than one item to your basket you will have the ability to ship those items to different people.

When on the "Basket" page you will see a "Ship to multiple addresses" button at the bottom of the screen. Click this button to start the process.

2. After clicking the "Ship to multiple addresses" button, you will need to log-in so you can choose people from the address book that you have created.

If you have not created one yet, you will need to register so you can store addresses in your customer account.

3. By clicking the "Register" button you will be taken to a screen where you will enter your address, email and password.

Please remember the email address you use and the password you choose.

These will be emailed to you as a reminder after you register.

4. After you log in and go back to the basket page, you will now see that every item has it's own Ship to, Shipping Method and Ship When option.

Choose the "Someone Else" option on the drop down menu next to any item you wish to ship to a different address.

5. You can then enter an address or click the "select from address book" link to choose one from your address book.

6. If you choose the "Select from address book" link, you will be shown a list of the people you've stored in your address book.

Choose the "Select" link to choose that person to send the gift to.

7.Once you choose a person to send a gift to, the "Enter gift message" option will appear.

You can click this link to add a gift message that we will print out and ship with your item.

8. If you choose to add a message you will be taken to a message screen after you choose "Enter gift message".

Click the "Add gift message" button after you have entered your message.

9. You will be taken back to your cart where you will now see what your message is.

At this point you can also choose a shipping method and choose to have the item shipped at a later date if desired.

All of these options are available to every item in your cart.

10. You can access your account or add names to your address book at anytime by clicking the buttons on the left navigation.
