Q. How do I buy something from your store?

The following is a basic overview for going through our online checkout process when buying an item(s) and NOT using our advanced checkout features like the Address Book and Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

1. Choose a product category from the left or the main store page.

2A. Once you choose a category, you will be shown a list of products in that category.

You can either click on the product image or description to read more about that product and see a larger image.

You can enter the amount you would like to buy and click the "BUY" button to go right to checkout.

Some products have options such as a floavor or size. Products that require you to choose a flavor or size will have an "Options" link instead of the "Buy" link. Clicking this will allow you to choose a flavor or size.

2B. If you choose to see the product description, you can also enter an amount to buy here or add it to your "Wishlist".

Click the "BUY NOW" button to continue.

3. When you click "Buy Now" or "Buy" on the website the product will be added to your basket and you will be taken to the basket page.

Here you can either change the quantity, keep shopping, ship to multiple addresses (if you have more than 1 product chosen) or go to checkout.

Click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT " button
to continue.

4. You will now be able to enter your billing and shipping address.

Click the "CONTINUE" button to continue.

5.Choose a shipping method.

Click the "CONTINUE" button to continue.

6. You can choose to specify a date for us to ship this out on by clicking the little calendar icon on the right of the box, or just enter a date.

You can also enter any special instructions or a gift message.

Click the "CONTINUE" button to continue.

7. Enter your Credit Card information on our SECURE SERVER.

Click the "CONTINUE" button to continue.

8. You'll be shown your receipt.

Click on the print here link to print the page.

You will also receive a conformation email.
